What areas do you service?

We service 35+ suburbs including Frankston, Mount Eliza, Mornington, Seaford, Langwarrin, Brighton, Sandringham, Beaumaris, St Kilda, Toorak, Prahran, Richmond, Dromana, Rosebud, and Aspendale. Get in touch if you're unsure whether we cover your suburb.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products, HEPA-filtered equipment, microfibre cleaning systems and colour-coded tools. You don't need to supply anything.

Are your staff police-checked?

Yes. All Dust Bunny staff are police-checked annually. We take the trust you place in us seriously.

Are you fully insured?

Yes. Our team is fully insured, giving you peace of mind when we work in your home or workplace. We carry public liability insurance for all cleaning services.

What equipment do you use?

We use professional HEPA-filtered equipment, microfibre cleaning systems and colour-coded tools designed to deliver consistent, hygienic cleaning. Colour-coded equipment ensures no cross-contamination between kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces.

How much does cleaning cost?

Cleaning services are available with hourly rates or fixed-price quotes depending on the type of service and property size. Contact us for a tailored quote — every job is confirmed with a clear price before work begins.

How do I get a quote?

Residential Cleaning

Can I book regular home cleans?

Absolutely. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning schedules. We also provide consistent team assignments so you get the same cleaners each visit.

Can I request the same cleaner each visit?

Yes. We will ensure the same team member is assigned to your future appointments wherever possible. Consistency matters — both for your comfort and for the quality of the clean.

What if the job takes longer than expected?

For most services we work on a job-based quote rather than a strict hourly limit. Our team stays until the job is done properly. If there is a significant scope change we will discuss it with you before proceeding.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. We understand things come up — please contact us as early as possible.

Do you use pet-safe cleaning products?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-abrasive cleaning products that are safe for pets and children. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, let us know when booking.

What does a standard home clean include?

A standard home clean covers all main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen surfaces. We can tailor the scope to your needs.

What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A deep clean goes further — including inside ovens, behind appliances, skirting boards, vents, and other spots not covered in a standard visit.

End of Lease & Bond Cleaning

Do you offer end-of-lease cleaning?

Yes. Our end-of-lease cleaning is designed to meet real estate agent standards. We know what property managers look for and clean accordingly.

Will I get my bond back if I use your end-of-lease service?

We can't guarantee bond outcomes — that depends on the landlord and agent — but our end-of-lease clean is thorough and aimed at presenting the property in its best condition.

Does the end-of-lease clean include the oven?

Yes. Oven cleaning is included in our end-of-lease service.

Airbnb & Holiday Rental Cleaning

Can you clean Airbnb properties between guest stays?

Yes. We offer fast-turnaround cleaning for Airbnb, Stayz, and other short-stay properties. We understand the time pressure between guest stays and work efficiently to meet check-in deadlines.

Do you handle linen changeovers?

Yes, linen changeover is available as part of our Airbnb cleaning service. Ask us to include it when you get in touch.

Commercial & Specialty Cleaning

Do you provide office cleaning?

Yes. We offer regular and periodic office cleaning for workplaces of all sizes. After-hours cleaning is available to minimise disruption.

Do you do builder cleans?

Yes. We offer post-construction cleaning for newly built and renovated properties. Our builder clean delivers a handover-ready finish.

Can you clean childcare or medical facilities?

Yes. We provide cleaning for childcare facilities and medical or allied health spaces using appropriate products and standards for these environments.

Do you clean apartment buildings and body corporate facilities?

Yes. We offer cleaning for apartment common areas and body corporate facilities.
